Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com at that time a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items purchased on Sale or Clearance are final sale items and are not eligible for return. Items that have an additional marked down price are on sale. Orders that exceed our returns and exchange time frame are also final sale and will not be considered for refunds/exchange. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return/exchage, and let you know when your refund is posted or exchange has been shipped. We take care of returns/exchanges quickly.  Sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds and store credit can't fulfilled until your returning order has been received. All eligible items should be returned or exchanged in unused condition (you know, so someone else can buy them) within 30 days from delivery date.
