We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders.  Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Need a different size ASAP? Request a refund for your order and place a new order for the new size. This way you're not waiting for us to receive your return and get your new polo shipped out.

If you want to exchange your polo for another size we can do that too. Once we receive your return we'll ship out the new polo on the next business day.

To start your exchange email us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com with your oder number and we'll get right on it!

Damaged & Defective Products

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not attempt to return used clothing. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com at that time a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items marked as "Clearance" are non-refundable. Orders that exceed our returns and exchange time frame are also final sale and will not be considered for refunds/exchange. Used products that are sent back will not pass our inspection process. Please don't return used clothing it makes things awkward. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return/exchange, and let you know when your refund is posted or exchange has been shipped. We take care of returns/exchanges quickly.  Sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds and store credit can't fulfilled until your returning order has been received. All eligible items should be returned or exchanged in unused condition within 30 days from delivery date.
