When will I get my stuff?

With the exception of our Trucker hats, all of our products ship out the the next business day. Unless your order is placed by 9am (on a business day) in which case it will ship the same day.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

For example, you place your order on Friday at 11am. Your order will be shipped out Monday morning.

Our free shipping option delivers in 3-5 business days. While the $10 express shipping option is around 2-3 business days.

We are located in Arizona. Your distance from us will determine what side of the delivery window you're on. If you're in Texas you're likely to see your shipment in 3 business days. If you're further away, like Connecticut you're going to be closer to the 5 business day delivery time.

Our Trucker hats are the only product we don't ship out ourselves. These hats are made to order and take a couple extra days to arrive. Average delivery time is 8-10 business days

How do I check the status of my order?

You can always reach out to us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com. We are happy to help out!

When an order is placed you're receive a confirmation email. This email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Check your spam/junk/promotional folders.

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information. We us USPS for our shipments. You can track your order via the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

You can also use our "Track Your Order" tool.

I've purchased multiple items, do they ship/arrive together?

With the exception of our Trucker hats, all of our products will be shipped together.

What if I haven't received my stuff?

If it feels like it's taking forever to get your stuff we suggest looking at the date you placed your order. Has it been 5 business days since you've placed your order?

If the answer is yes then please reach out at info@bushleaguegolfco.com so we can help you out!

When an order is shipped, tracking info is automatically sent to the email provided when the order was placed. Check your spam/junk/promotional folders if you don't see it in your inbox.

We use USPS for our shipments. Occasionally they will deliver shipments to our customers mailbox. If your tracking information is stating that the package has been delivered but it's not at your doorstep, check your mailbox.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee assuming the product has not been used outside of trying it on.

How soon do I get my refund?

Once we've received your return we process the exchange or refund that day. Exchanges are shipped out the next business day. Refunds will post to your account within a few business days depending on your bank.
