When will I get my stuff?

Hats normally arrive within 10-12 business days.

Apparel can take a little longer since each garment is made to order. Our suppliers print, cut and sew our products after your order has been placed. That being said, apparel orders arrive around 10-14 days after your order is processed.

Sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control (carrier errors, weather, holidays etc). For the most part our products ship out pretty quick!

How do I check the status of my order?

You can use our "Track Your Order" tool at the top of our home page.

Also be sure to check your email. We send out email notifications including when your item ships out. Didn't get an email? Be sure to check junk/spam/other inboxes. Still don't see an email? Reach out to us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com

I've purchased multiple items, do they ship/arrive together?

Sometime. It depends on what warehouses our suppliers ship the products from. It's not unusual for orders with multiple items to come in different packages and even on separate days.

What if I haven't received my stuff?

That would suck! If your stuff hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time, reach out to us at info@bushleaguegolfco.com for a free replacement or refund of your purchase. Note that this policy doesn't cover errors made by the customer such as incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries.

How soon do I get my refund?

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
